Join us in using your skill, time and energy for the good of people and the glory of God!

Welcome and love our young families by caring for their little ones during the service! This is a sweet opportunity to build relationships with families and help lay a strong Gospel foundation for the next generation of our church.
Positions: Coordinator (manage the check-in desk), classroom workers (infant through elementary), set up children’s wing (anytime on Saturday)
Time Commitment: About 2 hours during one gathering (8am-10am or 10am-12pm); 30-45 minutes for set up
Frequency: Once per month
Led by: Randy Black
An essential first impression position, providing warmth, orientation and info about our church.
Positions: Greeters at the door, in front of the building, and in the sanctuary providing guidance/ orientation for our guests (ie directions to the children’s wing, sanctuary, and bathrooms).
Time Commitment: 30 minutes before the gathering through the first song
Frequency: Once per month or as frequently as you’d like
Led by: Darren McGregor and Albert Guravage
The Safety Team attends to the physical safety and first aid needs of The Town Church.
Members play a key role in keeping our gatherings safe and secure.
Positions: The Sunday Morning Leader oversees the Team and provides surveillance and safety during the gathering focusing on the front entry, children’s area, main hallway, and parking areas. Assigned Team Members give focused attention to the sanctuary.
Time Commitment: 5-6 hours per month, including monthly Team training.
Frequency: Once per month if serving at both Sunday gatherings or twice per month if serving one gathering on a Sunday.

Facilitate corporate worship by providing excellent technical support.
Positions: Audio, slides
Time Commitment: 3-5 hours
Frequency: Once per month
Led by: Pete Chambers (worship) and Jr McGrath (A/V)
Point people to the greatness of God and lead them to respond in worship.
Positions (audition only): drums, bass, guitar, keyboards, vocals, percussion, strings, etc.
Time Commitment: 6-10 hours
Frequency: Depends on instrument: 3x/mo (if interested and able) to once every couple of months
Sunday Morning team led by: Joy Fergus
Events team led by: Kari Nevins
On Sundays, create a welcoming and warm environment through preparation of beverages and tidying up following the gathering, as well as preparing and removing the Communion elements.
Time Commitment: 1.5 hours
Frequency: Once or twice per month.
Led by: Linda Perry
Powerfully remind each other of the Gospel during Communion by serving the wine and bread to fellow people in need of a Savior.
Time Commitment: 5 min (members only)
Frequency: Twice per month or as frequently as you’d like
Led by: Vince Black
Develop & create various creative art pieces for sermon series, building decor, etc.
Time Commitment: creatives don’t work well with time commitments
Frequency: As frequently as you’d like
Lend a hand with various maintenance tasks as they arise.
Frequency: As needed
Led by: Eric Reeves
Seek to point others to the glory of God!
Positions: Youth, Men, Women, College, Townships, etc.
Time Commitment: Varies per position
